We had a big weekend in the McDowell family this past weekend! My baby brother graduated from Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO with his Bachelors degree. After 5 long years, Travis is now a college grad! I have never been more proud of my little bro. He's been through a lot, and without getting into details, he never gave up. There have been many times when he could have easily walked away from school, but he didn't. Graduating from college and earning your degree is a very big deal and he knew that. No matter what he was going through, he made sure that he didn't forget about school. Watching Travis play football during college have been some of my proudest moments as his big sister. But nothing compares to seeing him walk across that stage at graduation! What a special moment!

After graduation we celebrated with family at the casino. Everyone had a really great time. We are blessed with one amazing and supportive family. Through the good times and the bad we are always there for each other. We had a great time celebrating Travis' success! I'm so proud of you Trav and can't wait to see what comes next for you! We love you so much!

Yes, College Graduation is a big deal! Congratulaltions to Travis from (the other side of his family)! We wish him well lin a difficult time to find the perfect job!!
