the wright stuff: Warrior Dash and Kenny Chesney in KC

I had a big weekend this weekend. I went to Kansas City on Friday and came back today. On Friday night I got to go see my cousins, Meghan, Kelsey, and Taylor and their apartment in downtown KC. They moved up there earlier this summer to work for our uncle who's a lawyer. They're apartment is super cute! I had a lot of fun getting to spend some quality cousin time with them!

Saturday was a big day, we had a lot going on. I went over to my friend Kaitlyn's apartment first thing Saturday morning. Kaitlyn and I went to the pool for a little bit while we were waiting for the rest of our girlfriends to arrive. The big event going on that we came to KC for was the Warrior Dash. The Warrior Dash is a 5K obstacle course race. A group of my friends and I registered for this event back in March. The group of girls that did this event were actually all sorority sisters of mine: myself, Kaitlyn Vaughan, Morganne Tiller, Staci Holland, Emily Konrad, Bekah Cooper, and Carah Patterson. The Warrior Dash was definitely an experience that I won't forget. We had a great time doing it though.

Saturday night I got a last minute ticket with our friend Dusty Butler to the Zac Brown Band/Kenny Chesney Concert. I am obviously a big country fan, and I have always loved Kenny Chesney so I was really excited that I got the opportunity to go to this concert. The concert was at Arrowhead Stadium in KC. It was definitely hot, but well worth it. The concert was amazing!!!
